"Hello World" doesn't boot from QSPI/mSD

Hello,

I'm following the Avnet tutorials related to the Microzed board. In one of these tutorials the Peripheral Test SDK template is tested booting from mSD/QSPI and it works!

Now I'm following the exact same procedure using the Hello World SDK template and it works when using JTAG to boot. But when I'm trying to boot from mSD/QSPI it doesn't boot and it should work following the exact same procedure of the tutorial with the Peripheral Test SDK template.

Do I miss something?

I would like to add that I use Vivado/SDK 2016.1

    Hello,

     

    I just tried generating the Hello World app from the template in 2016.1 SDK for a MicroZed 7010. Using the steps in the Microzed tutorial I was able to generate and test both the microSD bootable image and the QSPI bootable image. I will note that the 'Create Boot Image' in 2016.1 is slightly different than the 2015.x version shown in the MicroZed tutorial in that the output format is now a dropdown box in the dialog. But otherwise the instructions worked as expected. I would go back through the instructions step by step and make sure you did not miss something, and that the boot mode jumpers are set correctly on the MicroZed.

    I created a new project and now it is working.

    Unfortunately, I did the exact same steps as before, and now I don't know what was my mistake..
