I'm monitoring the speed of my software every 500u00B5s and noticed that every 4000 measurment the software slows down and hangs for about 600u00B5s. Do you know what can cause this. I allready killed all process like the ssh and sftp connectins.
I also tried to run the programm with higher priority with nice -n 19, which didn't chang a thing.

p.s. Strang thing it comes to 1 secound (2000 steps) if i unplug the ethernet cable!!
