BRAM

Dear All,

I am using the Zed board for the first time and we have a system where we need to communicate between ARM processor in C code and we BRAM module written in C and we verilog code.

Now i would like to set and flag in the BRAM and access that in the ARMS c code with writing into any register . is it possible and kindly let me know

I too am new to this stuff and have yet to find a relevant example to manipulate the same data from both PL and PS yet but here's what I figured out so far:

- add a Block Memory Generator IP set as "True Dual Port RAM"
- add an AXI BRAM Controller with "Number of BRAM interfaces" set to 1
- link BRAM_PORTA of BMG and of BRAM Controller together
- "create Interface Port" for BRAM_PORTB

You should then be able to access BRAM content from either PS via AXI (PortA) or PL (PortB)

I too working on a similar problem. I need to transfer data from PS to BRAM. Then read this data from PL. Can anyone help me on this? Please... I am stuck here.
