Initrd 0xblahblah+0xblahblah is not a memory region

I'm tring to bring up an AMP system, but I keep getting this error on bootup:
INITRD: 0x1f644000+0x00510602 is not a memory region - disabling initrd
Then other errors start popping up:
Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address df63f000
pgd = c0004000
[df63f000] *pgd=00000000
Internal error: Oops: 5 [#1] PREEMPT SMP ARM
...more info...
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill the idle task!

Does anyone know how to fix this? I see alot of other posts with this error but no solutions...
