How to control a GPIO pin with FreeRTOS on CPU1

Hi, 

There is a dual OS frame on my pz-7030 board. The petalinux is on Core 0, and FreeRTOS on Core 1. 

Now I want to use FreeRTOS (Core 1)  to control the GPIO (turn on a LED), but I failed. I don't know why the MIO can't be access.
