I have a MicroZed board revision Rev-F01, but in my Vivado tool theres in only an option to select revision E for the microZed-board.

Does anyone know if there is an update available for revision F01?

There is no functional difference between MicroZed revision E (which was never put into production) and revision F. You can use the Vivado revision E selection with your MicroZed revision F board.
