Is there an Linux image (FSBL, bitstream, kernel) where I can access a uart (rx, tx) at the 8 PMOD pins right out of the box? If so where can I download it?
Or do I have do generate a special bitstream for this? Is this working with Vivado 17.4? Is it sufficient than just to change bitstream or do I have to do more changes (FSBL, devicetree ....) ?
