Hi armendzh,
A hardware platform with HDMI enabled did not make it into this initial release.
So it is possible to get HDMI working since Pulsar is based on the common mainline kernel, but it would take some work to integrate.
Your best bet for getting HDMI working under Linux on Zynq Mini-ITX is to look at the work that ADI did here:
