If I buy the MicroZed Evaluation Kit, can you provide software source code or SDK packege.

Not sure exactly what you are asking for. The Zynq 7010 MicroZed board that comes in the MicroZed Evaluation kit is supported by the Xilinx Vivado and SDK tool suite. We provide board awareness files, schematics, Getting Started Guide, SD Boot Archives, etc. for download here: http://www.microzed.org/support/documentation/1519

We also provide tutorials and Petalinux BSPs for all version of the MicroZed board here: http://www.microzed.org/support/design/1519/10
