After a few tests I found, that in the uboot (build with Yocto 2.0) is not working properly.
With 1.8 it works fine.
The observed issue is, that with TFTP the transfer starts, but gets timeouts. The problems are so huge, that a download of kernel doesn't work due to retry-timeout.
