Linux does not detect usb ssd disk

Hi,

I'm using microzed board with a linux image generated fromYocto.

I've enabled USB support, SCSI Device Support, USB Mass Storage support, on kernel configuration.

The system boots correctly, but when i plug my SSD disk, no trace appears on console, even lsusb command does not return anything.

Do you have any clue to make the SSD device recognized by the kernel ?

The SSD disk is a USB3 disk, 2TB, SAMSUNG , model PT-2T0B.

Hi,

Finally the solution has been found.

It was my hardware platform that was bad configured. The USB reset Pin was not properly configured ( into Vivado ) so the usb controller was not able to release the PHY RESET Pin.
