boot up linux from SD card

Former Member
Former Member over 12 years ago

hello everyone:
I successfully used the original files to boot up linux from SD card, the original files are:
BOOT.bin
devicetree_ramdisk.dtb
ramdisk8M.image.gz
zImage
I replace BOOT.bin which is created by zynq_fsbl_0.elf u-boot.elf then i can successfully enter the u-boot on Zedboard. I use following commands to boot up linux:
mmcinfo
fatload mmc 0 0x8000 zImage
fatload mmc 0 0x1000000 devicetree_ramdisk.dtb
fatload mmc 0 0x800000 ramdisk8M.image.gz
go 0x8000
linux starts initialization and then stop, what is wrong?
zynq-uboot> go 0x8000
