I'm new to the Xilinx ecosystem. Currently I'm trying to implement a raw Ethernet (PS) application for the Smart Vision Development Board.
Now when I try to start with a new project, I only see the following four target hardware platforms.
Where to get the target hardware files for my board/platform?
The only files I've been able to find here are for Vivaldo. http://zedboard.org/product/smart-vision-development-kit
