You can get uboot sources from Xilinx git using 'u-boot-xlnx-git' repo.git clone git://github.com/Xilinx/u-boot-xlnx.git /opt/u-boot-xlnx-gitBut I guess its not a real question. So, what kind of problems you expirience with PHY?
