UART read is not working at 115200 baud

Zed board is connected to a slave through RS 232 at baud rate of 115200. The data is coming till the zed board pins but zed board is not able to decode it. This slave is connected to processor side, to pins PS_MIO14 and PS_MIO15.

Note: If i am connecting the slave to my PC directly then it is working perfectly.
