Vivado SDK error lauching program

When running the PS_User_LED application example in the UltraZed tutorial with Vivado 2016.4 SDK the application launch fails with:

Timeout Reached. Mask poll failed at ADDRESS: 0XFD4023E4 MASK: 0x00000010

 

Has anyone observed this problem?
