Connecting USB devices to Zedboard

Former Member
Former Member over 9 years ago

Hello,

I would like to access standard USB devices (flash drives or mouse) from my zedboard running Linux (the Xilinx version).
I activated the option in the Linux kernel configuration and checked that the "ds-mode in the Device Tree is set to "host". I also connected jumper JP3 to be in "host mode".

But when I plug anything in the Usb OTG port, nothing happens. The only message I get from USB is during startup, where it seems to go into sleep mode.
How can I get it to work?

Thanks,

Michele
