Sorry if I seem over-cautious...

SW2 on my Ultra96 has what looks like tape or film covering it. Should I attempt to remove it or try to slide something thin under it to set the switches?

Hi,
Feel free to remove it, we use tweezers to remove the tape in office. The reason this tape it populated is for switch protection purposes during the PCB assesmbly process.
