Can I use JP1 as power-in interface?

Hey guys,

I broke the J10 POWER interface of my Ultra96-v2 accidentally. Is it possible to use JP1 as the power-in interface?

If it's possible, how can I do that? I gave DC 12V to JP1, but the board had no reaction.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you very much.

    Hi Chao,

With +12V applied to JP1 you should see LED D17 turn on (green) indicating that the board is powered.  You will need to press SW4 (PWR_BTN) to boot the system (make sure there is a bootable SD card inserted).

    Hi Tom,

Thank you for your reply. I think your answer is useful, but not for me.

When I offered +12V to JP1, LED D17 just didn't turn on. I saw from my DC Power Supply that the current is zero.

I don't think my supply can provide enough current now.

    Thank you anyway.
