Datasheet for DDR memory

Hello,

 

I'm wondering if anyone has seen the datasheet for the Micron LPDDR4 memory that is on the Ultra96v2. I saw on the hardware user that it mentions this:

 

"Ultra96 provides 2GB (512Mbit x 32) of 533MHz (1066Mbps) LPDDR4 memory. A Micron MT53B512M32D2NP-062 WT:C is specified, migrating to MT53D512M32D2DS-053 WT:D in late 2018."

 

I can't seem to find a PDF for this LPDDR4 and just wanted to see if anyone else knows where I might be able to find it.

    I'm not sure why Micron has removed the datasheet from public view. Please check with your local Avnet FAE or Micron Rep to request it. I will also ask my Micron contacts to restore it to public view.

    Coming back to this topic, as I think I have found a way to locate the datasheet, although it is not the way you expect.

     

    The Ultra96-V2 uses Micron LPDDR4 PN MT53D512M32D2DS-053 AIT:D. This is a 512 meg x 32, 2-die, 535ps, Rev D, IT Temp grade (-40C to 95C) with Automotive Package-level burn-in, in a 200-ball WFBGA package. You can decipher all this from the Part Number Chart on Page 2 of the Datasheet (assuming you can find the datasheet).

     

    Micron classifies all their parts with Device IDentifications, or DIDs. In this case, the DID is Z11M.

     

    Now for the interesting game of finding this datasheet on Micron.com.

    1. Make sure you register and log in.
    2. Search for "Z11M" -- that's an eleven in the middle there and not two 'i's
    3. Narrow the Search by Solutions --> Automotive
    4. Further narrow your search with Content Types --> Data Sheets --> Data Sheet
    5. As of today (6 May 2021), that leaves me with two options, with the correct one shown in green.
      • Production Data Sheet: 200b: x16/x32 Automotive LPDDR4/LPDDR4X SDRAM (Z11M), MT53D512M16D1, MT53D512M32D2, MT53D1024M32D4
      • Production Data Sheet: 200b: x16/x32 Automotive LPDDR4/LPDDR4X SDRAM (Z11M),

    For reasons unknown to me, any of the following searches on micron.com will either return the wrong temperature grade or bury the correct datasheet so deep that you will never find it.

    • MT53D512M32D2DS-053 AIT:D
    • MT53D512M32D2DS-053 AIT
    • MT53D512M32D2DS-053
    • MT53D512M32D2DS
    • MT53D512M32D2  --> this one gets you close. The correct datasheet is at the bottom of the page.
