Step Files required to UltraZed EV Carrier Card

Hi,

I am looking for Step files for Ultrazed EV carrier card (Part No: AES-ZUEV-CC-G).There is a link available to download the files on Element14 community forum.

But the link is not working and I am unable to download the step file. Can it be looked into?

My thermal design team wants the layer stack up details for ultrazed EV SOM.Can it be shared the same way , as layer stack up details of Ultrared EV Carrier card has been shared in Carrier card design document available online?

Sharing the STEP file for the SOM in this forum and elsewhere on Element14 is a bit of a different story. Because the SOM represents significant IP for Avnet we limit what we share publicly. To get the STEP file for the SOM we first ask that you make that request through your local Avnet FAE. If you don't know who that is your local Avnet office can be found here:
