Xilinx ZYNQ Ultrascale+ FPGA used on UltraZed SOM

Question

The BOM for the UltraZed SOM lists the Xilinx ZYNQUltrascale+ FPGA as the XCZU3EG-1SFVA625E, but the part number on the actual board says that that it's XCZU3EG-SFVA625AAZ. According to online photos, these to parts look quite different, as the former is just a die and the latter has the metal casing. Can anyone confirm whether the part number that's listed on the UltraZed's BOM is correct?
