Running idle on the bench the combo draws about 410mA (roughly 5W at 12V). Predicting beyond that is more difficult because it will be very deterministic based on what you are running. Outside of PMOD or Arduino expansion cards though, the power will be predominantely defined by the SOM. It would be best to use XPE to simulate your use case to get the FPGA power. Outside of the FPGA, the largest power draw will be the DDR4, which worst case should be 1W or less.
