I noticed that some of the photos for the UltraZED documentation show boards with black soldermasks. I have one that was purchased back in March of this year with red soldermask.
1. Is there any differences between the two? Any schematic updates made between these two boards?
2. Is the silicon rev on the Zynq Ultrascale+ part identical between the two boards? How would I go about figuring which part I have without removing the heatsink?
