Got some eval kits here, copied the unzipped "ultrazed_board_definition_files_v2016_4.zip" into the right folder

C:\Xilinx\Vivado\2018.2\data\boards\board_files, but:

they don't show up, when I try to open a new project in vivado 2018.2 ...

Am I missing something, or will there be an update to those files?

Hi Zemu,
That is the correct location. Did you install the Zynq MPSoC 3EG devices during your Vivado install? Is your license up to date? Make sure to close and then reopen Vivado. It can take a refresh to update.

Hi,
I have bought the starter kit from Avnet US in August 2018. I cannot by any means to run the sensor tutorials because there is an incompatibility of my board (black board, so understand the ES1 license is not requred) with the version available online.
The version I have downloaded is for Vivado 2016.4 and it calls for the ES1 device, therefore, I do not manage to do anything with it.
Do you have any update version of the tutorials? It is a pity they cannot be used.

Hi,
Production Silicon BDFs are available, why are you stuck with Vivado 2016.4 may I ask? Vivado webpack 2018.2 is free and is compatible with your UltraZed 3EG.
