ultrazed pcie carrier card

Dear Team,

We are using ultrazed pcie carrier card , we need to interface PCIE to PC, we cant find any test procedure in portal , and also we cant up the jtag also,please provide the solution to rectify this ,

What do you mean you cant do anything over JTAG? Please elaborate.
