I'm upgrading my design based on an Ultrazed 3EG SOM and custom carrier board to the new 7EV SOM, still with a new custom carrier board. And I'd like to keep both system maintained.
I saw that the PS GTR use where different between the two SOMs, LANEs for SATA, USB and DP not being on the same pins. I don't need PCIe.
If I understand things well I can keep the 3EG SOM GTR mapping with the 7EV SOM just modifyng the predefined PS configuration, and then my BSP will be the same? Of course I'll also keep the GTR Reference Clock mapping. I'm I right or do I miss something?
