Difference between ES and production UltraZed hardware

Hello,

Can you, please, share the list of differences between ES and production version of hardware (both SOM and IOCC)?

Are there other changes on the IOCC besides PMBus address? IOCC Schematics available on the website still show old address, so it is for the ES IOCC version.

By the way, this list of changes will likely be of interest to all your customers who have ES versions of hardware.

SOM differences -- identical PCB. Only the SoC silicon is different, being the Rev 1.0 Production Silicon on the production UltraZed
IOCC differences -- default PHY address was changed

What about changes in elements used, not in PCB itself?
At least addresses of PMBus controllers on both SOM and IOCC have changed (different nominals for resistors) and this is not covered by your answer. Are there other similar changes?
