When we saw the attached datasheet (UltraZed-EV SOM) on Avnet, it attracted our attention;therefore, please answer following question about this part so that we can decide about purchasing it:

Based on the fact that broadcasting application has not been mentioned as an application of this product, is it possible to use it in a professional Codec product for broadcasting applications?

This would be a fantastic topic to start on the Xilinx Forum. The EV device is probably good for some, but not all broadcast designs.
The Xilinx white paper WP497 might help guide you.
If the chip achieves your requirements, then the UltraZed EV SOM would significantly reduce your development time.
