Ultrazed Carrier IO PMOD signals

Hello,

 

I am interested in using the Ultrazed EG with the IO carrier card and multiple PL PMOD connectors.

Does anyone have information about the maximum line rate a single ended PL PMOD I/O would support at the PMOD connector? I'm looking for around 10 MHz on 2 I/O. One input, one output per PMOD.
