UltraZed Altium Symbol and Footprint

Is the Altium symbol and footprint available on this site for the UltraZed, if so, where can it be found? If not, is there someone that can be contacted to acquire those models?

What is the process of going about that, I have tried to contact an Avnet FAE, but so far haven't been successful in doing so.

Why is this not available? I have spent a few hours going through the documentation and I'm still not sure i got the mechanical layout for our carrier board right.
At the very least, please provide (or direct me to) a drawing with correct placement of the carrier card connectors, J1 to J3.
