UltraZed Lead Time

The ZedBoard website lists the UltraZed Starter Kit as in stock, however, the Avnet sales page displays a lead time of 25 weeks.

Is this an accurate prediction, and is there a particular reason the lead time is so long?

I ordered my UltraZed Starter Kit on 3/1/2018 at which time the lead time was showing 10 weeks. It's now 2 weeks later and the lead time is STILL showing 10 weeks.
1. What is the REAL lead time?
2. How can I possibly use this in product development if I can't get a reliable lead time and supply?
