Out of the Box UltraZed-EG not working

Question

Hi. I just got the UltraZed board, but the Out of the Box is not working. When powered, only the Vin HDR led is turned on. Also, the fan is not working. All other LEDs are off. Regards, Danilo.

Hello Dramoz,

We suspect there is an issue with the PMIC on the IO Carrier Card. Please refer to your private messages on the top right hand corner of this webpage to discuss how we would like to fix this issue.
