Hello Mahieu,
There are 4 steps
1. You will need to install the ES1 Vivado license using the voucher shipped in your Kit
2.Upon Vivado installation you will need to enable the Engineering SIlicon Devices.
3. You will need to create a text file named init.tcl and in the file have the following text enable_beta_device* and then place the file in the following direcory \Xilinx\Vivado\2017.1\scripts folder NOTE you must edit the file path for your Vivado version install.
4. You will need to install the Board Definition Files for your Vivado version located here http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/14201
At this time you will be able to view the UltraZed BDF from Vivado and run Synthesis/Implementation on your design.

Hello Josh,
I ever done that and I'm able to view the ultrazed from Vivado, but in Vivado HLS I don't see anything.

Hello Mathieu,
Unfortunatly I am not very familiar with the VIvado HLS tool set. Perhaps the HLS tool set requires a different format of Board Definition Files in order to recognize them? My suggestion would be for you to ask your question over at the XIlinx as they would be best suited in getting their toolset to recognize the Board Definition FIle your attempting to add.
Thank you,
Josh
