UltraZed IOCC Ethernet Not Functioning

I am unable to connect to a network via the Ethernet on the IOCC. The following are the various attempts at connecting:

 

UltraZed OOBE Linux (DHCP - Default OOBE Settings)

  1.   Connected the UltraZed to the network with DHCP
  2.   Never obtains an ip address.

UltraZed OOBE Linux (Static IP)

  1.   ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.216 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.1.255
  2.   ping -c 4 192.168.1.1  # Ping Gateway
  3.   No Response

Xilinx LwIP Echo Server Example

  1.   Unable to connect / No Response

Network Cables test good & multiple tried.

 

Could there be a potential hardware issue with the network interface?
