Has anyone attempted to use their own DDR4 module on a carrier card for the Ultrazed-EV?
I hope to add a higher density single module in point to point mode over the JX1 connector.
I plan on just holding reset low and CS high on the built in memory and floating the rest of the pins, then using the MIG to generate a new bus on the other two blocks. I only need an 8 bit data width so I should have plenty of pin out flexibility.
I'll keep this thread updated as I progress though layout and test, in case anyone else wants to do the same thing.
