No Ultrazed-EV starter kit Petalinux 2018.3 BSP

This earlier thread indicated the new BSP would be available by the end of April:

As far as I can tell, that deadline was not met.

 

I need Vivado 18.3 to access the Video Processing IP without requiring licenses.
That in turn, needs the 18.3 BSP.

 

1. Is there a new deadline for the BSP?

2. Is there a way to use the 18.2 BSP with Vivado 18.3?
