avnet ultrazed pcie board phy setting in device tree

Question

hi i am started to discover avnet ultrazed-eg pcie carrier board but neither my petalinux build or out of the box image connecting to ethernet, is there anything that i can configure over device tree?

as I understand I should give phy entry to &gem3, but my tryings are not succeed.

I dug into one of our BSPs and this is how we defined it in the system-user.dtsi

phy-mode = "rgmii-id";

phy-handle = <&phy0>;
