Ultrazed EG starter kit boot problems + jtag problems

Hi.

I have an Ultrazed EG starter kit which fails on boot with this serial output:

Avnet modifying SDHCI0 and SDHCI1 registers for UltraZed SOM

 

SERDES initialization timed out

XFSBL_PSU_INIT_FAILED

================= In Stage Err ============

Fsbl Error Status: 0x00000801

Also the Vivado and sdk fail to recognize SMT2 jtag.

Any one can give some advise? Thanks in advance.

    This is a new starter kit with default settings.

    And which boot image are you using in the new starter kit?
