Power rails for GTR and GTH on UltraZed-EV SOM

Hi, Zedboard Support:

According to Xilinx documents, all the power rails for GTR (MGTRAVCC, MGTRAVTT) and GTH (MGTAVCC, MGTAVTT, MGTVCCAUX) can leave open if GTR and GTH are not used. Can you confirm it?

Yes, this is true. If designing new hardware, I'd recommend tying each of them to GND through pull down resistors just in case you experience noise issues. You can leave them unconnected or tie them to ground if unused.
