Avnet Voucher - ultrazed starter

Question

Hello, I received an Avnet Ultra zed Starter board with a sheet that indicates a software voucher.

However, after examining the box the board came in there was no voucher inside.

I contacted Avnet and they directed me to this community to ask the question.

Here are the part number of the boards I received.

p/n: AES-ZU3EG-1-SOM-I-G UltraZed-EG SOM - Zynq UltraSCALE 3EG based

p/n: AES-ZU-IOCC-G UltraZed-EG IO Carrier Card

This thread implies they aren't selling ES1 silicon boards anymore so there won't be a voucher, you have to use the freely licensed Vivado webpack:

However, I'm no expert. Here's someone with a similar issue but from 2017 (when they were selling ES1) - try posting in the same board as you may get a quicker/a response there.

The alternative is to point you at the SD card - you're sure there isn't a voucher file on there? That would be the simplest way to ship it rather than a printed sheet.

Sorry it's not more positive from me but it does appear that you don't get a voucher and it looks like I was right in my first post: they've changed the bundling but not updated the packaging.
