Ultrazed-EV MIPI FMC compatibiltiy

I was planning to connect a MIPI camera (RPI camera) to Ultrazed however the FMC is hardwired to 1.8V on the carrier board. The MIPI requires 1.2V.

Is there any easy work-around (i.e without HW modifications to the carrier board) provided by Avnet?

Has anybody attempted this?

I realize it's been a while since this question, but here's my 2 cents ...

I've done this with the UltraZedEV board. HP Bank is powered by 1.8V. Told Vivado it was 1.2V in xdc file. It worked fine as far as I know.
