Multiscaler on Linux Problem

I am tring Multiscaler on Linux like this https://xilinx-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/A/pages/75399218/Multi-Scaler+Linux+Driver . But i have problem. When image is booting, it says info so;

Can you help me about this problem?

Hi there,

That is a Xilinx design that we do not support. You might have better luck working through a Xilinx forum post. Certainly if you determine that this design needs a feature or package that we are not including, let us know and we can assist with enabling you. In fact, right now there is a Webinar that is going to be put on here on E14 related to working with our BSP and if it is the fact that you need to add something to enable this design, that webinar should help.

The same process and techniques can be applied to any of the 11 base and additional 2 extended platforms that we support. Thus allowing you to extend those for things like this Multiscaler design.

Lastly, the VCU design we have for the UltraZed-EV might help you. I cannot be certain of it at this point, but I thought that also used the mx2msc - I just cannot be certain and do not want to mislead you.

Xilinx-wiki page of multiscaler says open 'gst-plugins-good' in rootfs settings. I did all settings but there was no change. I just started working on Linux and i don't know what to do next. Do you have a reference design of Multiscaler that can help me.

Lastly, I checked the VCU design of rootfs. The VCU design do not support the mx2msc and do not have multiscaler in block design.

Hello,

Sorry, we do not have any reference designs that use the Xilinx multiscaler IP. You may want to try investigating the the Xilinx forums for support, especially the Video and Audio forum.
