AES-ZU7EV-1-SOM-G heatsink

Hello,

Is it possible to purchase the AES-ZU7EV-1-SOM-G heatsink as a stand-alone part? I have some SoMs that came with the smaller heatsink+fan assembly, and others that came with a heatsink that covers the entire SoM. I am interested in purchasing the heatsink that covers the entire SoM. Please let me know if this is possible. The total quantity needed is 30. Thank you.

C_Cooley According to the Bill Of Material, it's a ATS-61310K Advanced Thermal Solutions heatsink. It's 31mm x 31mm. You'll need to check if that's the larger one or the smaller one.

If you go to the bottom of the Ultrazed-EV page (https://www.avnet.com/wps/portal/us/products/avnet-boards/avnet-board-families/ultrazed/ultrazed-ev), you can find the BOM's. The heat sink is in a comment.

Thanks for the reply. I did check the documentation in hopes of finding a part number. Unfortunately, the BOM has not been updated to reflect the change to the heatsink that comes with the kit. It still lists the small heatsink that only covers the Zynq.
