i think there is an issue with the OLED on the ZedBoard. When the Board is powering up, the OLED is held in off-state by the Power MOSFETS Q2 and Q3 in the schematic. When inserting the pmod-oled driver with insmod, the OLED Display is switching on. This works great so long.
When removing the driver with rmmod, the gates of the MOSFETS are diven to high state and i expect the voltage on the drain pins is going to 0V, but it isn't. It is just decreasing by about 1V. Can anybody confirm this behavior? Is this damaging my OLED at some time?
