The HW- UG of Zed board suggests that there are 68 single ended IOs on the FMC -LPC connector on the board.
Also there are Clock IOs dedicated .Can these clock dedicated IOs be used as normal IO's there by increasing the single ended IO count to 72?.

Yes, you can use the IO's labeled as Clock IO as normal IO's, bringing the total available single ended IO count to 72.
