Is there any Library Guide support zedboard for HDL design?
It is just like Xilinx 7 Series FPGA Libraries

yh,

The FPGA fabric that exists within the Zynq-7000 devices (all four of them) is 7-Series fabric. The 7010, and 7020 are Artix-7 fabric, and the 7030 and the 7045 are Kintex-7.

Is there something specific you are looking for that isn't found within the document you linked too?

No, but there is a RAMB36 in virtex-5 lirbraries guide which does not appear in 7-Series. But when I type RAMB36 in the souce file, it is red highlighted. Does it mean I could use it in my zed design?

yh,

The tools will highlight all available libraries known to it, not just thoughts available for that device. So as mentioned below, the BRAM36 primitive is not available in the 7-Series devices (which includes Zynq-7000).
