Stream data to DDR

Hi all.

I want to stream data coming in from the PL to the DDR3, there i want to do some data analyzing.

lets say i have to input ports streaming in data (inputs from a sensor). How do i stream the data into the DDR and how do i get access to the data through the PL and do some data manipulation?

I dont know how to start, searched for ages for some step by step guide.

couldnt find anything spesific (which doesnt involve  Linux).
