NOR FLASH

Hello,
we are working on zynq 7020 board,and we are using qspi flash for booting and want to use nor/nand flash for storing data , but there is MIO-pin conflict for using both, so can we use nor/nand flash for booting and also for storing data i.e. "dividing the memory into 2 parts, one reserved for booting and other for storing data in same nor/nand flash". please do reply.

Any of the Flash types can be used for booting as well as data storage, including QSPI.

If you need a lot of Flash space, here's a design that uses QSPI to boot and NAND for file system, and these interfaces share pins.

As in Enclustra,we are using qspi for booting and NAND for data storage,since both interfaces share pins is there any software changes to be done except choosing the chip selects.
