1 GB DDR3 SDRAM for the ZedBoard

I am just about to layout the Ram connection on my ZedBoard copy. Now the MicroZed comes with 1GB and the MT41K256M16HA-125:E devices. I wonder how much afford it is the change to the 1 GB?
As far as I can see, do the 500MB and 1G devices have the same pinning.
Is there anything to do with the Zynq Ram controller?

MicroZed is populated with 1 GB DDR3 using two x16 chips, so you could refer to those schematics. I don't believe there are any pin-out differences as long as you've hooked up all the address lines. For the PS DDR3 controller, you do need to modify the PS Configuration to properly identify the full 1 GB.

Thank you very much - so it is nothing to do to get the
1 GB. The schematics look quite the same.
